This radio project was born from the creation of the school Monsignor Ramon Arcila Cali today COLLEGE ARCILA BISHOP RAMON CALI. In the beginning was to create a community radio station FM to the east of Cali and all the neighboring towns of the city. The project failed for lack of institutional support, is now come true and our young students and graduates have something different to the world.
